Founded by Antoine Dray in 2002, ADR was born from an initial experience on the Cannes Riviera. A Parisian working in fashion, Antoine arrived on the French Riviera during the Film Festival. Commissioned by Rosanna Arquette to produce her film evening “Searching for Debra Winger,” what was meant to be a one-off mission gave birth to ADR in Cannes. Building on this first step and first success, the agency — always independent — grew and expanded first to Paris, then ventured into internationalisation, with its first office on Asian soil in Singapore. Bangkok followed a few years later.
Made up of around thirty talented individuals, the always-independent agency continues to shine a spotlight on its clients’ projects. On the eve of its 25th anniversary, ADR continues its international growth, driven as ever by its pursuit of beauty crafted with common sense and respect. The backbone of the agency rests on 9 core values that guide its day-to-day events:
Respect
Pleasure
Benevolence
Sharing
Positiv
Energy
Conviviality
Coherence
Passion
Loyalty
During COVID, the agency continued to evolve and launched a major initiative in responsible event management — which led to ISO 20121 certification — renewed annually since 2021.

ADR structures all of its activities around a responsible management system attested by certifications and grounded in concrete commitments.
The agency has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold distinction, which evaluates CSR performance based on environmental, social, ethical and responsible purchasing criteria. This distinction reflects the strength of its commitments to sustainable development and positions the agency among the top 5% of organisations in CSR.
Among the agency’s initiatives to contribute meaningfully to the preservation of our environment:
The creation of our honey, produced by some 480,000 bees in the Cannes hinterland
The production of an olive oil with local olive growers from the region
A cultural blend through a hybridisation of French and Asian cultures, creating galettes des rois featuring a charm designed by a local artist celebrating the Chinese astrological sign of the year.
The creation of jasmine floral waters — a nod to the surrounding Grasse countryside — intended as gifts during Songkran.
These commitments reflect a pragmatic approach to CSR, integrated into all of the agency’s projects. ADR thus affirms its commitment to combining event performance with environmental responsibility, in a process of continuous improvement.

ADR supports Luxury Houses in the design and production of high-end events: product launches, retail activations, influencer trips, pop-ups, VIP and VIC evenings. Whether the House is rooted in fashion, jewellery, cosmetics or watchmaking, the agency brings the same level of rigour. Each project begins with an in-depth research and analysis phase: brand identity, visual codes, audiences, strategic challenges. Understanding before creating is the prerequisite for a well-judged proposal. Each event becomes an accurate and measured interpretation of a brand’s identity, conceived with respect for its singularity. Luxury event production demands flawless coordination, and behind every ADR project is a team that thinks together. Creative direction, project managers, production: every perspective contributes to a shared goal. Ideas are refined, expertise is shared, and decisions are made in keeping with the original intention. From the first exchange through to the event, the project is built in constant dialogue between vision and execution. The result: achievements faithful to what was envisioned, precise in every detail.

At the heart of ADR’s practice, event scenography holds a central place. It translates into volumes, lights and materials what a House expresses in image, in silence and in presence. Formats, spaces, rhythms, content: it is the interplay of these elements that allows a coherent and memorable experience to be built. Every gesture is considered, every material chosen, every light calibrated. ADR engages the best craftspeople and suppliers to ensure execution worthy of the demands of luxury.

With offices in Paris, Cannes, Bangkok and Singapore, ADR operates wherever the great moments of Luxury Houses are decided and experienced. This international presence reflects a genuine openness to the codes, customs and sensibilities specific to each territory — and allows each approach to be adapted with precision, taking local specificities into account while preserving a shared aesthetic standard and common level of excellence.
What ADR builds, the media notices. Specialised media covering luxury, fashion and event communications have regularly highlighted the agency’s work — praising the rigour of its approach, the singularity of its scenographies and its ability to faithfully translate the identity of the Houses it works with. This media visibility reflects a confident positioning in a sector of excellence. What the media remember about ADR is less the technical achievement than the ability to produce meaningful experiences: events that resonate with the press as much as with VIP clients, with buyers as much as with Houses’ internal teams. Recognition that extends beyond French borders, carried by projects led from Paris to Bangkok and Singapore, and covered in publications that closely follow the evolution of luxury events on an international scale. For ADR, every piece of media coverage is the reflection of collective work accomplished with exacting standards, and confirmation that attention to detail always shows in the end.
The attention to detail extends to the way ADR considers its own impact. The agency conducts continuous reflection on its production methods — choice of partners, reduction of the superfluous, optimisation of each phase — with the aim of adopting more considered practices, adapted to the demands of luxury event production. This approach makes no compromise on quality of execution. It expresses itself as a discipline in its own right: questioning what is necessary, valuing what is right, designing events that are lasting in their impact as in their memory. A long-term vision — that of a more measured, more conscious approach to events, where performance, aesthetics and responsibility move forward together.
